Friendly staff, clear and easy to understand terms and conditions, and great follow up to queries. Would be good to have the option of email communication when in poor signal areas verses only doing everything by phone.

Seems very good value for the cost. I've been wanting insurance cover for my cat and this is modestly priced compared with others. I'm also pleased that it's from the SPCA as I've always trusted them and contributed to their work.
