I thought about getting this for a little while and knew that we got some sort of discount through adoption. When I went back a couple of months later, I was surprised that the discount was still honored. It's just given me peace of mind.

Easy. Hassle Free. Sorted In Minutes! Amazing :) - Also, on a side note. Love to be able to support such an outstanding organization. The SPCA is a crucial part in giving animals a fighting chance and it just makes sense to arrange Pet Insurance through them. Luna (whom insurance is for) is actually a former SPCA Rescue and eternally grateful for the SPCA for placing her in my life.

The process of requesting a quote for pet insurance and arranging the acceptance of it was problematic. I had requested a quote online for my boss's new puppy and he received a phone call to discuss the quote before I had even given him a chance to review the partially completed quote. After an unexpected, long and frustrating phone call, he was advised to amend the description of dog breed to reduce the price and was emailed a new quote which he decided to accept. I was asked to arrange acceptance and payment for it. However, there was no link in the email to the portal to accept and pay for the quote, so I then had to make two phone calls to the SPCA, the upshot of which were that I was "invited" to create a new quote in the online tool so that I could accept and pay for it. In fact, I had no other option, as when I was sent another email with the quote that the SPCA had prepared there was still no link to the portal from which I could accept that quote, so I ended up creating a new one. Interestingly, the cost of that quote was slightly different from the quote that the SPCA had created. Although the SPCA pet insurance is well reviewed and my boss is happy to support the organisation, the process of arranging this was unnecessarily frustrating and time consuming.

I had so many questions! Every single one was answered professionally, everything was explained clearly, the products were compared for me in a way that I could understand and I could then explain to my husband. My agent was so friendly, and kind, she understood every single concern and addressed them all. I don't think I could've given myself better service!
