Outstanding. the lady was amazing to talk to, she listened and explained if i needed any questions answered.

The lady I was on call with was lovely and made me feel a lot more relaxed about getting pet insurance. It made my day knowing that I was able to pick the right policy for my situation and for the cats benefit. Everything was thoroughly explained and all questions were answered to an excellent standard. For future if my family wants insurance for their pets then I would definitely recommend SPCA. :)

Rang with a specific query, was told I could be helped and then had to sit through every question being repeated on the application form to only then be told 20 minutes later that she couldn't help me. I asked to speak to a Manager and asked if my query could be put through to an underwriter. He promised it would and that I would get an email within 48 hours AND no email received at all. Terrible customer service - I can only hope this improves although I'm hoping we don't need to claim anything.

It is good there is this service. I rated average because I couldn't see information in the application on what the standard cover covered fully. e.g. what type of veterinary services, leaving me unsure as to what service I should have clicked. Being a pensioner I cannot afford much as I have pressing committments, so I found the rates high in comparison to other different types of insurances.
