I use and recommend spca pet insurance as they’re reliable on pay outs if needed and are not breed exclusive eg, they do have inclusive policies which other providers do not like potential breed issues such as brachial issues in bulldogs etc pricing is steep but you care for your animals as your children so that’d be my only thing that I’m slightly indifferent about

I am happy and have used spca insurance services for about 3 years no interest in stopping unless they change their policy plans pricing is a tad high but as my fur child money is irrelevant she gets the best I find the portal very useable and quick pay outs helpful and they tell me some of the funds I pay go towards other sweethearts in spca care

Telephone response and support was fabulous. Thank you. The automatic Confirmation email response sent after purchase but before policy-start was sent with five empty attachments was appalling. Gmail correctly assumed these ‘no name’ attachments it was spamming. Thereby putting g at risk all further emails from your domain as automatic spam. Please fix your UX. It’s unacceptable in 2025.

Info data was incorrect on the policy: gender and payment date. Called the customer service representative. Hard to understand what she said. Need to listen to the client's inquiry more carefully and reply to the questions. Needed to make her understand what are inquiries and the incorrect information must be updated. Once corrected, the new policy should be sent to me again. This is a basic procedure, but she failed. I had to remind her this to her.... Very disappointed.
