Good folow up from my first initial enquiry as i was still waiting on the outcome of my pup adoption. The Staff member was polite, courteous , and respectful which i appreciated. One thing i do notice is that some people tend to talk fast and at times it felt like i was listening to a scripted sales pitch. not his fault, it is his job. I felt a bit unsure of giving my debit card pin to them, and that still niggles at me, but if worse comes to worse i can get my bank to cancel my card. At the end of the day all i am wanting is a great affordable coverage for my dog, that is not going to change on me for the duration of my policy.

As a new client I’m really impressed with customer service and email backup with documents. Especially providing a certificate of insurance for Katie that summarises at a glance her insurance policy really impressive. I’ve been with another pet insurance provider without the same service provider provided by spca pet insurance. I would highly recommend spca pet insurance to any pet own for value and quality of pet insurance for your money…

Clear details as to the covers to accept the policy, system is user friendly for the older generations to read without complicated big words.

As much as I want to give you 5 star rating I can't just yet because 1 can't sign in 2. The attachment which there was 6 I can't open any of them either on my phone or tablet or my laptop 3 I don't have a policy number to sign in I will be ringing them as I did it on a Saturday and the number is for week days only
