Easy process to buy cover prompted by association with NZ SPCA. Like many things buying is easy - only timr will tell If the product delivers - so really this survey is premature and of no real value . A survey of pet owners who our purchased 3-5 years ago would be meaningful and of some value

Lovely experience delt with Maddison and she was able to answer all the questions I had after previously signed up with a different company to find out they do not cover common things for a French bulldog so I was just wasting my money . Am glad I have made the move although I do hope to never need to use

Great upto the end query which wasn’t answered and caus3d me to cancel the policy.

Not happy in the end caused by upset of no return email re claiming problems with passwords to use. Totally complicated. Could have been a simpler way of claiming instead of going the way of 5be portal. I’m sorry.
