Great value proposition - lots of different options to suit budgets and circumstances. Online experience was great, and so far the online portal looks like it will be easy to use.

It really annoyed me how I'd be trying to shop for a quote, and having to hide the quote behind an email and phone number is justifiable, but what I found incredibly annoying was the barrage of cold calls following that - I'd say I got more than a dozen. I ended up purchasing the insurance anyway (without help from a phone agent), and while I'm happy with my policy, I've still got war flashbacks to the amount of calls I was screening during meetings.
