The process and information should be more transparent. Please stop with the insurance gobeldy gook. Should get the PDF with exclusions. Before you purchase not after.

It was very tedious having to have the person phone back and every time identify with date of birth etc. I almost gave up as I found the system very childish and almost embarrassing for the person. There has to be a better way.
Although i am still comparing prices, the woman on the phone was fantastic and i hope she gets this feedback. thank you.

Spoke to Andrew, he was great at explaining the different policies for my cats, one being old and one younger.
Myonline quite was easy they calledme within 10 minutes of my quote.
