The lady on the phone was very nice pleasant was very helpful gave me all the info i needed ask me if i need more info .checked to see i understand what was requied of me .and how my cats were. Very awesome to speak to .said if i neede anything to just ring .so i had a great experience. 👍

It was fairly easy to sign up for the insurance and it comprehensive, tho disappointing there wasn't an option to include dental. Also you don't actually get a quote even tho that's what you're filling out a form for. Quotes don't require payment info and don't sign you up straight away for the insurance. You should change the language to "Apply and pay for pet insurance" as there is no quoting.
