I had a wonderful experience with the lovely lady who helped me over the phone. She helped me understand everything clearly. SPCA pet insurance is so easy and straightforward to sign up too, there’s zero hassle. I’m very happy !

She helped me pick the right package. She asked how the puppy was settling in which is so nice. Most services don’t really care they want money. She made the experience easy for me. Especially as a new puppy owner who knows nothing. She gave great advice. I’m very happy
