Allowed me the requested time to look over the various levels of cover, so that I was able to select the most suitable option for my pet. When I was finally ready to speak to the person and sign my dog up it was all good. But I must say I did a quote on the website and the excessive number of calls (10 in 3 days) was just too much. When I finally answered one and organised a time for them to call back (the next day in the afternoon) I still received about 7 calls (which I didn’t answer). Super intense guys and very annoying.
