Excellent service, very happy with everything. I received a quote online, but I had a couple of questions. I spoke with the amazing Trent, and went ahead with the policy purchase with him on the phone. Super easy process and I'm very happy with the policy for my cat.

Very good service which was done over several days as we had to discuss several things amongst ourselves in order to confirm we had the correct policy for our needs. Madison answered all our questions in an informative way.

I was only checking the estimate of the monthly payment of the insurance on the website, but a couple days later a salesperson from SPCA phoned me during the day in the middle of my work and tried to sell the insurance. It was quite annoying. As they provide the contact number on the website, I rather phone them myself when it suits me. I didn't really want them to contact me at all.

I had to talk to about 4 different people to sort my issue out. Maddison was very helpful but and the first person I talked to set the policy up did not explain that we would not be covered from lunchtime-11.59pm nor that I can't start the policy until I have the puppy. When I called to adjust it I wasn't happy so asked to speak to a complaints person. When I said I wanted to change the start date I was told I have to cancel the policy but the premium might change. When I complained it took 1 day for someone to come back to me. Then when they did call they still didn't tell me I can't start it until the 9th because the puppy needs to be in my care. I was not given the right information or had things explained properly through the whole service. Very frustrating.
