Allowed me the requested time to look over the various levels of cover, so that I was able to select the most suitable option for my pet. It was also explained to me that part of my payment will go to the SPCA to help other animals in need. As an SPCA Guardian, I am very happy about this fact.

When I was finally ready to speak to the person and sign my dog up it was all good. But I must say I did a quote on the website and the excessive number of calls (10 in 3 days) was just too much. When I finally answered one and organised a time for them to call back (the next day in the afternoon) I still received about 7 calls (which I didn’t answer). Super intense guys and very annoying.

I was very satisfied with the insurance cover for my dog. The premiums are higher, however the Canstar rating and reviews swayed my decision.
