You asked for it so you’re gonna get it💃. As much detail as possible. Alright here we go. The relationship that began approx a MONTH ago with Hash has been a rocky one. I mean I just came out of a very bad relationship with S…….. .Cross. I tell you what! I was *******g cross alright. I was pressing the keyboard - like grandma. With my two perfectly capable index fingers and thumbs. Aaaah…. You’d be surprised just how quickly 4 digits can move when a chick goes quite angry. Hash if you see this occur with your own eyes, in person . Survival 101: wait for a loud noise and exit quietly. Don’t ask!!! If you forget and ask and she DOESN’T acknowledge your presence. You MUST get out… in this scenario. You can even be loud - cause she’s gone hun. She’s lost in a haze of anger. Driven by her own feelings of mistreatment and the quiet fury means anyone in the direct path of the tornado. Is “gon get it “💃 Stay focussed in these situations Hash cause while her head is full you must act before the words you uttered in care “ are you alright” filter through just enough for her to turn a focus in your direction 🤣🤣🤣 GET OUT. How was this young man suppose to know: 2 things. 1. I’m mid 40s - so peri. No! waxing a top lip isn’t fun - it’s enough to make you slightly miffed with it all. 2. That I felt annoyed by the presentation of having to both find a new insurance company and swallow the pre exisiting conditions situation ( anywhere else). This is what Hash was up agains! I am fairly sure I was a little angry asking the initial questions. Yet Hash in a very calm and understanding way continued to explain and OFTEN repeat things to me cause I was NOT active listening! I wanted to hear “ you’ll have everything you want” 🤣 I received a lot of information in the initial phone calls - yes, Hash has had many set up times to call me back. Ones I have been able to engage or not. Hash always presented with a lovely manner and was so genuinely helpful I couldn’t maintain the anger and well by the 2 week mark had processed a plan around the plans offered . Hash is a smart, intuitive young man and he could sense the tides shifting. The convos became more relaxed and easy. I think Hash could taste the sweet goodness of victory. BUT NO.. I would not let him have it, not cause I’m a calculated biatch that likes the power play: NO! During the month or so of dialogue with Hash, we found out my father has cancer. So I genuinely just didn’t have time to complete the deal. Hash was so kind and understanding and then proceeded with so much genuine care. How could we now NOT complete the deal. In our minds the deal was done. However, for a sales consultant you know this is not true until they sign the dotted line. Here we are now dealing with the signed paper work and review of Hash and his abilities! To conclude: it’s difficult being in people orientated service industries. I have done it for many years myself. At my age and stage you realise that not everybody is made equal. Some people have a knack for dealing with others. like some are good at watching trains 🕺. Each to their own I guess. Hash is by far, one of the better service industry people out there. It can be difficult to receive cold calls, never knowing what awesome or truely awful person you’re gonna get. Hash did all the right things, built a relationship. Answered queries, stuck to the rules around the “legal” or policy necessities. Always following through with verifying me. He followed up on actions he mentioned he would do. BUT Most importantly I didn’t feel like a number. He engaged, adapted and went with the flow. I work in insurance too 🤣 and in health! As a manger, I would be looking to see where I would utilise HASH next. The skill sets he displays already are hard to come by. Calm and fair. Goal oriented but he doesn’t appear pushy. Even though he could likely see the blood in the water. He listened and ultimately the deal was done because I liked Hash. He achieved what we all desperately try to. He connected. Don’t loose that young man - move him on up. I would like to continue to work with hash should I need to make contact again. Who knows - maybe I just might get to 😊 Thank you Hash. You’ve been a wonderful young man to deal with. I wish we had more like you buddy x
