The consultant I spoke to is a credit to your company, he explained everything in plain English, he was clear in everything and we had a good laugh, that's the sort of person that makes you want to purchase off them. I have a lot of respect for the SPCA and the work that people do there so it's only right for me to have my little covered by them so thank you

I cannot remember the lady I was speaking with, but we just clicked! You can thank her for my purchase, my cat deserves the best and she was amazing. We spoke about her dog and our experiences. Honestly, she made my day. So relatable and explained my new policy exceptionally. I’m so happy with my choice! Thanks so much

I was only checking the estimate of the monthly payment of the insurance on the website, but a couple days later a salesperson from SPCA phoned me during the day in the middle of my work and tried to sell the insurance. It was quite annoying. As they provide the contact number on the website, I rather phone them myself when it suits me. I didn't really want them to contact me at all.

I had to talk to about 4 different people to sort my issue out. Maddison was very helpful but and the first person I talked to set the policy up did not explain that we would not be covered from lunchtime-11.59pm nor that I can't start the policy until I have the puppy. When I called to adjust it I wasn't happy so asked to speak to a complaints person. When I said I wanted to change the start date I was told I have to cancel the policy but the premium might change. When I complained it took 1 day for someone to come back to me. Then when they did call they still didn't tell me I can't start it until the 9th because the puppy needs to be in my care. I was not given the right information or had things explained properly through the whole service. Very frustrating.
