Had trouble making a few changes whilst doing the application on line and had to put my name in the banking details in a different way for it to be accepted, but eventually got it sorted.

The telephone rep was patient and calm trying to sort out a few issues. You cannot get the 3 month free cover by doing it over the phone. Some older people would struggle with this trying yo for it on their phone
