Processing the application for Insurance over the phone was handled extremely well by Devlin. His attention to detail and efficiency was very commendable. Informative and friendly too! The activating of the promotional discount could have been a bit more user friendly (wasn't as clear as it could have been). Also, while I understand the reading out of the confirmation declaration is somewhat essential, it is way too long and quite an endurance test to try and listen to (let alone remember) - only to be asked to give a verbal 'yes' or 'no'. Perhaps simply suggesting a review by the applicant first (they'll end up reading them in detail later when they either download the pdf of conditions or have them sent to them?), before getting a verbal declaration, might be an option?? Anyway - I'm probably splitting hairs sorry! Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Devlin and with our new SPCA insurance policy for our puppy!! Well done!! :-)

While the policy is fine, the process was way harder than it need be. A "quote" is not a quote, because the premium changes daily, you can't accept a quote the following dau, when you call the call centre, it seems you need to get back to the initial agent, all way too much trouble.

I had so many questions! Every single one was answered professionally, everything was explained clearly, the products were compared for me in a way that I could understand and I could then explain to my husband. My agent was so friendly, and kind, she understood every single concern and addressed them all. I don't think I could've given myself better service!
