I had a wonderful experience with the lovely lady who helped me over the phone. She helped me understand everything clearly. SPCA pet insurance is so easy and straightforward to sign up too, there’s zero hassle. I’m very happy !

Excellent!! Danielle I think her name was, was incredible. So kind. She knew I had kids and a puppy running around in the background so she was quick but thorough. She helped me pick the right package. She asked how the puppy was settling in which is so nice. Most services don’t really care they want money. She made the experience easy for me. Especially as a new puppy owner who knows nothing. She gave great advice. I’m very happy

Very thorough and helpful in explaining different types of cover, patient with my questions. Allowed me the requested time to look over the various levels of cover, so that I was able to select the most suitable option for my pet. It was also explained to me that part of my payment will go to the SPCA to help other animals in need. As an SPCA Guardian, I am very happy about this fact.
