It’s hard to rate my purchase in itself as I haven’t had to utilise the policy for anything yet. My experience was positive at point of sale, both in the ease of use of the online tool and the follow up phone support. The choice of policies was good and I think I chose the right one for my needs.

The phone support/sales was excellent and the representative was patient with me when I asked her to repeat some details and she answered my questions clearly. I didn’t feel under any pressure and was able to make my choice of purchase in a confident relaxed way. The phone representative was also easy to understand, double checked details I gave her and explained the process clearly.

My Experience at SPCA From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the receptionist with a beautiful smile that instantly made me feel welcome. I didn’t have to wait long before Charlotte came into the waiting room and guided me and my sister-in-law down the corridor. She asked thoughtful questions about what I was looking for in a furry companion, which made the process feel personal and easy. The entire adoption process was simple and stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt supported every step of the way. It was such a positive experience, and I truly appreciate the warmth and professionalism of the team.

I am happy and have used spca insurance services for about 3 years no interest in stopping unless they change their policy plans pricing is a tad high but as my fur child money is irrelevant she gets the best I find the portal very useable and quick pay outs helpful and they tell me some of the funds I pay go towards other sweethearts in spca care

Your staff need more training. If policy contains incorrect information, should be corrected immediately and of course re-send the updated policy to the client. With this quality at just joining the insurance, what will happen in case of claiming.... Big concern...
