Good folow up from my first initial enquiry as i was still waiting on the outcome of my pup adoption. The Staff member was polite, courteous , and respectful which i appreciated. One thing i do notice is that some people tend to talk fast and at times it felt like i was listening to a scripted sales pitch. not his fault, it is his job. I felt a bit unsure of giving my debit card pin to them, and that still niggles at me, but if worse comes to worse i can get my bank to cancel my card. At the end of the day all i am wanting is a great affordable coverage for my dog, that is not going to change on me for the duration of my policy.

I am hopeless with IT, so I rang to get my new kittens insurance The woman who helped me was sensational I'm sorry I don't remember her name. I sorely tested her patience but she was so lovely and patient. Truly an asset to your business.
