Fantastic customer service - very knowledgeable and talked me through each product offer and able to answer all my questions. Each of the 3 pet insurance options were fantastic value and I was able to pick one that best met my pets needs. I felt like a very valued customer.

Was supposed to be 10 minutes but ended up being over 30. I'm not usually easily frustrated, but this was pretty excruciating. I could have done the same thing in 4 minutes online.

Prompt reply to my inquiry, it was within minutes!! Chat on phone was very helpful and Charli (I apologize if I spelt her name incorrectly), was so patient and full of helpful information. She was able to answer all my questions. I asked for a call back and that came at the time requested. So from that call back I was able to make the decision to take on the insurance.
