Brendan did really well, took notes on my questions and circled back to them, a well spoken young man. Insurance Policy itself is a little pricey, double my ute insurance premiums and that is insured for more than the puppy is, but I need the security of knowing she is insured lol.

Have had this insurance before with our old dog. Insurance was great for the two big events he had, paid quick, covered 80%. This time round signing up for it again for our new dog, customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend

Very thorough and helpful in explaining different types of cover, patient with my questions. I'm also very happy that part of my pet's insurance cover payment goes to the SPCA to help other animals in need.

Very thorough and helpful in explaining different types of cover, patient with my questions. Allowed me the requested time to look over the various levels of cover, so that I was able to select the most suitable option for my pet. It was also explained to me that part of my payment will go to the SPCA to help other animals in need. As an SPCA Guardian, I am very happy about this fact.

Lovely experience delt with Maddison and she was able to answer all the questions I had after previously signed up with a different company to find out they do not cover common things for a French bulldog so I was just wasting my money . Am glad I have made the move although I do hope to never need to use. Absolutely 5 stars my phone played up and they were Abel to get me back to speak with her
