Especially providing a certificate of insurance for Katie that summarises at a glance her insurance policy really impressive. I’ve been with another pet insurance provider without the same service provider provided by spca pet insurance. I would highly recommend spca pet insurance to any pet own for value and quality of pet insurance for your money…

It was easy to sign up and get it but harder to open and sign in

As much as I want to give you 5 star rating I can't just yet because 1 can't sign in 2. The attachment which there was 6 I can't open any of them either on my phone or tablet or my laptop 3 I don't have a policy number to sign in I will be ringing them as I did it on a Saturday and the number is for week days only

Easy process to buy cover prompted by association with NZ SPCA. Like many things buying is easy - only timr will tell If the product delivers - so really this survey is premature and of no real value . A survey of pet owners who our purchased 3-5 years ago would be meaningful and of some value
