Very knowledgeable, easy to understand and a lovely person to talk to, helped when I didn’t understand something. Paperwork all came through very quickly to confirm our conversation. As an older person with a young energetic puppy, I am feeling much less worried if anything big happens to my Poppy. She is a Coltriever so is very active, but very lovable.
