The consultant I spoke to is a credit to your company, he explained everything in plain English, he was clear in everything and we had a good laugh, that's the sort of person that makes you want to purchase off them. I have a lot of respect for the SPCA and the work that people do there so it's only right for me to have my little covered by them so thank you

I cannot remember the lady I was speaking with, but we just clicked! You can thank her for my purchase, my cat deserves the best and she was amazing. We spoke about her dog and our experiences. The phone call was useless, as when I asked questions, the customer service guy was clearly reading from the website. When I challenged him on this, he said "let me finish and then I'll answer your question". He never answered my questions as it was clearly not on his script. I don't need someone to ring me only to read me what I've already read.

I used the online quote for my second policy with SPCA insurance. The website is really easy to use. I already understood the different levels with the policies as they provided a pamphlet the first time which was very helpful. Great customer service overall.
