I purchased this policy because some of the premium amount goes back into SPCA to help support other animals. So not only is my dog protected, but it helps other dogs all around the country.

It was very easy to apply for insurance, however somewhere through the application process, two policies were created for Bindi and Zena, and a policy for Nala, whom was declared deceased on the 12th of May. I have responded to the email detailing non payment, and have attached Proof of payment as well as the new policy numbers for both Zena and Bindi.

I called in asking for quotes and mentioned that several times to the lady I spoke to and by the end of the call she mentioned that she had signed me up for a policy (something that I didn't even have to sign). I then had to go through the process of cancelling a policy that I didn't even agree to.
