He had no time limit, there was no pressure to make a decision, and said there were multiple ways around different covers for both cats. He is very easy to connect to and laugh with - definitely an asset to your team. Thank you so much.

Ben is offering his top notch of service, I am grateful to be engaged with him. I do apologies for my rushing behaviour due to lacking of phone connection and was travelling. If it is possible, would the insurance financial disclosure be sent via email instead of conveying via phone call? As far as I am concerned, the financial disclosure would be sent via email, hence, isn’t that a little redundant to conveyed via phone call? Anyways, this has nothing to do with the agent, he is only following the call script.

Most importantly, they insure cats 10 and over, which helps in adopting older cats. That said, it isn’t cheap, which I understand for the age of cat. The cover gives me peace of mind.
