The options for the policy types are clearly laid out and offer a good range over coverage. It's easy to compare and decide on the right product. The whole process was really easy and I appreciated the team getting in touch.

The staff member I spoke to was an absolute delight. That was genuinely one of the nicest chats I've ever had with someone as a customer. We chatted about pets as well as the important insurance stuff, and his phone manner was so pleasant and kind. I also left the call feeling very confident about what cover I'd purchased and what would happen next, which is pretty important. If there is any sort of reward for awesomeness for your staff, please send one his way!

Got a quote only to find that when I went to sign up it had gone up $4 a fortnight. When I queried this we had a long discussion about why this is unfair I was told to sign up and they would ring back the next night and I could lodge a dispute with them. They never phoned so when I phoned back the person refused to put me through to the correct department. After another discussion about why he wouldnt put me through he gave me and extra month free (I had 3months free because I adopted through spca) After this bad experience I will be changing after the 4 months free cover

I was told you would ring back so I could lodge a dispute about a large increase which I was made aware of and as you never phoned I phoned you and the man refused to put me through to the department I needed. This was much harder than it needed to be. Once you are given a written quote then that is what you should pay. When my free months are over I will be changing companies

The guy who spent an hour on the phone with me explaining every little detail and question I had, absolutely fabulous. He had no time limit, there was no pressure to make a decision, and said there were multiple ways around different covers for both cats. He is very easy to connect to and laugh with - definitely an asset to your team. Thank you so much.
