Well explained however the person over the phone was quite pushy. For someone who is inexperienced and reserved the approach felt demanding. While it is a good thing to close a sale they could approach it with a kinder heart.

The form asks for details such as a date of birth, that animals adopted from the SPCA simply may not have. "Not known" should be an optional answer.

I think it would have taken me much less time to look into each tier of insurance myself, online. The call was 30 minutes to explain everything and read through all disclaimers in full.

While I cannot rate the actual insurance as I never had to use it due to very shirt nature of how long i had it, I can rate my experience with the agents of the phone. It was terrible. They were both very nice. But I felt peddled, I filled in a quote simply to get an idea then 20 minutes later I was called without asking. When talking to both I felt I was being pushed jnto making the decision then and there and while trying to cancel because I didn't want to make that decision then and there I felt like I was being guilted and pushed to stay. The whole experince made feel like a terrible person for not insuring my two girls, and slimy for doing it just because I was to anxious and felt to pushed to say no. I will always support SPCA and always be a part of and work within SPCA but this was not SPCA and did not feel like it. It felt corprate and business, not caring and protective
