I would lose current benefits and will be phoning at 8am or shortly thereafter to push back the start date. His last scale and polish in AKL was $215.00. I am not prepared to lose that advantage. His birthdate was not considered adequately. Cost of annual check? Prepared to lose the policy if a push-back of start date is unacceptable. In which case, I regret this use of my time when I had merely shown interest. I like to take my time.

They listened to me about my needs for my dogs recommending the correct cover. Then listening to the fact I had just started looking into pet insurance so no pressure. They contacted me back a week later allowing me that time to do my homework which I liked.
