I called the customer service line for a quote and more information then all of a sudden it felt like I was coerced to sign up by using terms like “part of your premium is donated to SPCA” and “there’s a cool down period as well if you decide not to continue”. I ended up signing up for my dogs and then had to call back the same day to cancel because I felt that I couldn’t say no. Please next time just listen to your customers when calling in for information only and not to sign up.
The customer service was helpful and was able to help me with any queries i had.

I would lose current benefits and will be phoning at 8am or shortly thereafter to push back the start date. His last scale and polish in AKL was $215.00. I am not prepared to lose that advantage. His birthdate was not considered adequately. Cost of annual check? Prepared to lose the policy if a push-back of start date is unacceptable. In which case, I regret this use of my time when I had merely shown interest. I like to take my time.
