We recently adopted a kitten from the SPCA, and was introduced to SPCA pet insurance through the adoption process. Information provided was helpful especially comparing different plan options for insurance available in a clear and concise manner. Competitive pricing of insurance was also great, compared to others in the market. Signup through a QR code was fast to get a quote and to progress the transaction. A delightful surprise is that with adoptions through the SPCA the first 3 months of insurance is free. I am glad to support SPCA Pet Insurance.

From my initial enquiry to signing up for insurance for our 4 pets I was made to feel like a person not a number on the end of the line. Questions were answered clearly and I was informed about the options and inclusions and also what is not covered which enabled us to make the right decision on the cover we opted in for.
