I called with a couple of questions and the amazing Trent was super helpful. I went ahead with insurance for my cat. Great price and coverage, and I love that a portion goes to support SPCA.

I found it a little odd that while I was filling in the form online I was called and quite aggressively taken through the policy. I would have preferred not to be called and make my own decision.
