I had a marvellous experience. The person I spoke to 3x times was incredibly informative, patient, and understanding. He explained everything to me formally as well as in a way I can understand, and helped me through understanding everything. I unfortunately had to delay twice before I could completely go forward, but there was understanding patience and call backs that were set and followed up on.

Ben is offering his top notch of service, I am grateful to be engaged with him. I do apologies for my rushing behaviour due to lacking of phone connection and was travelling. If it is possible, would the insurance financial disclosure be sent via email instead of conveying via phone call? As far as I am concerned, the financial disclosure would be sent via email, hence, isn’t that a little redundant to conveyed via phone call? Anyways, this has nothing to do with the agent, he is only following the call script.
