I called in asking for quotes and mentioned that several times to the lady I spoke to and by the end of the call she mentioned that she had signed me up for a policy (something that I didn't even have to sign). I then had to go through the process of cancelling a policy that I didn't even agree to.
The service was informative and helpful the representative was friendly and nice, great customer service
