The phone call was useless, as when I asked questions, the customer service guy was clearly reading from the website. When I challenged him on this, he said "let me finish and then I'll answer your question". He never answered my questions as it was clearly not on his script. I don't need someone to ring me only to read me what I've already read.

I have coverage for both my cats with SPCA insurance. They have been super helpful and give alot of information regarding the policies. I have been with them for almost a year now and have had no issues. It's nice to know a portion of the money you pay actually goes to helping the animals. I think it's a really good idea, incase unexpected health care for the kitties come up. Thanks so much!

I used the online quote for my second policy with SPCA insurance. The website is really easy to use. I already understood the different levels with the policies as they provided a pamphlet the first time which was very helpful. Great customer service overall.

Very patient operator who was just so helpful Very impressed and happy with the plan. Felt I could make informed decision and spending amount of money I can manage with the $1000 excess plan costing $30 (rounding up)
