I found it a little odd that while I was filling in the form online I was called and quite aggressively taken through the policy. I would have preferred not to be called and make my own decision. The person was quite put out that I did not hand over my credit card details. Do they work on commission? I am pleased with the policy and glad it provides funds for spca
