I found both the ladies that spoke to me, very helpful, not pushy and they put my mind at rest by explaining everything to me and helped me decide which was the best Policy to purchase. I felt very relieved that I now have Pet Insurance to help me with any Vet costs that may occur. I would recommend RSPCA Insurance to friends with pets.

It seemed to be easy enough at the start reply to an email fill in information and send it off. Then I heard nothing so I followed it up and then it took several follow ups and then finally over the phone we were able to get the policy set up.
Hope claims will be processed easy too

It was great- the lady listened and explained everything very well! This is why i don’t like to give feedback even before insurance starts! I can’t even sign up and no one to attend calls
