The process and information should be more transparent. Please stop with the insurance gobeldy gook. Should get the PDF with exclusions. Before you purchase not after.

It was very tedious having to have the person phone back and every time identify with date of birth etc. I almost gave up as I found the system very childish and almost embarrassing for the person. There has to be a better way.
Although i am still comparing prices, the woman on the phone was fantastic and i hope she gets this feedback. thank you.

We recently adopted a kitten from the SPCA, and was introduced to SPCA pet insurance through the adoption process. Information provided was helpful especially comparing different plan options for insurance available in a clear and concise manner. Competitive pricing of insurance was also great, compared to others in the market. Signup through a QR code was fast to get a quote and to progress the transaction. A delightful surprise is that with adoptions through the SPCA the first 3 months of insurance is free. I am glad to support SPCA Pet Insurance.

From my initial enquiry to signing up for insurance for our 4 pets I was made to feel like a person not a number on the end of the line. Questions were answered clearly and I was informed about the options and inclusions and also what is not covered which enabled us to make the right decision on the cover we opted in for. Your customer service person who called me was amazing! Good value for money and quick fast responses.
