It was very easy to apply for insurance, however somewhere through the application process, two policies were created for Bindi and Zena, and a policy for Nala, whom was declared deceased on the 12th of May. I have responded to the email detailing non payment, and have attached Proof of payment as well as the new policy numbers for both Zena and Bindi.

Am very thankful in all the help I was able to get in finding the best insurance cover for my Border Collie. Was given the perfect amount of information in regards to any question and then great support with all information of the cover I had chosen, all of the great help was a big helping hand for me and gave me lots of confidence!

We joined up after talking to someone on the phone who confirmed we are still eligible for 3 months free as we adopted from SPCA last year. Emailed to ask how to go about redeeming this but had no response. The funds went out of our account pretty quickly though.

I didn't expect to spend 30 minutes on the phone with the person. Although she was very professional, I think it should be stated that the call will take about 30mins as she called me around 7pm, which is not a good time for most families
