I didn't expect to spend 30 minutes on the phone with the person. Although she was very professional, I think it should be stated that the call will take about 30mins as she called me around 7pm, which is not a good time for most families

SPCA, don't like helping people when they really need it. I took pet insurance out with them on 21st February 2023, but after thing about it, I cancelled it on 22nd February 2023. I was told that NO PAYMENT would come out of my account ,it was due out on 6th March, surprise surprise when I got home the payment had come out. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET MY MONEY BACK. All because they couldn't do their job properly.
