SPCA, don't like helping people when they really need it. I took pet insurance out with them on 21st February 2023, but after thing about it, I cancelled it on 22nd February 2023. I was told that NO PAYMENT would come out of my account ,it was due out on 6th March, surprise surprise when I got home the payment had come out. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET MY MONEY BACK. All because they couldn't do their job properly.

Mostly because you had all of the insurance in the package, including illness. So many companies do not offer that for older cats, which is ridiculous. Easy to compare plans and no exactly what you are getting too.
