I really only wanted a quote and I ended up having purchased a policy. The woman I spoke to was very nice and the conversation very quickly moved from "getting a quote" to "purchasing a policy"

I called the customer service line for a quote and more information then all of a sudden it felt like I was coerced to sign up by using terms like “part of your premium is donated to SPCA” and “there’s a cool down period as well if you decide not to continue”. I ended up signing up for my dogs and then had to call back the same day to cancel because I felt that I couldn’t say no. Please next time just listen to your customers when calling in for information only and not to sign up.
