I cannot believe how fast I got a call after pressing submit. I was very impressed. I have forgotten the girls name, but she was lovely, made me feel very comfortable and was precise, happy and confident. She knew her stuff and I was very impressed with her. She explained everything and said I could interrupt her anytime if I was unsure or had a question. I love that she shared that she shared my husband's birthday. Being in Real Estate, it is important to relate to my vendors on a personal level. Very positive experience. Please pass this on to her.

I've left an average review because of one particular customer service rep who I found very difficult to deal with. It would have been one star if not for the other two reps who were professional and very helpful. The time wasted because of the difficult attitude of the rep I unfortunately got twice, put me behind in my work and added an incredible amount of stress, using up an entire morning, when really it should have been 15 minutes like it was with PD insurance.

The staff member I spoke to was an absolute delight. That was genuinely one of the nicest chats I've ever had with someone as a customer. We chatted about pets as well as the important insurance stuff, and his phone manner was so pleasant and kind. I also left the call feeling very confident about what cover I'd purchased and what would happen next, which is pretty important. If there is any sort of reward for awesomeness for your staff, please send one his way!
Got a written quote but when I signed up it was much dearer

as per before. I was told you would ring back so I could lodge a dispute about a large increase which I was made aware of and as you never phoned I phoned you and the man refused to put me through to the department I needed. This was much harder than it needed to be. Once you are given a written quote then that is what you should pay. When my free months are over I will be changing companies
