He had no time limit, there was no pressure to make a decision, and said there were multiple ways around different covers for both cats. He is very easy to connect to and laugh with - definitely an asset to your team. Thank you so much.

The call centre was very efficient at doing their job. The service representative was friendly, spoke very clearly making sure that I had good understanding around their different policies making the process of choosing a plan for my dog and circumstances very easy.

Most importantly, they insure cats 10 and over, which helps in adopting older cats. That said, it isn’t cheap, which I understand for the age of cat. The cover gives me peace of mind.
