As above, how is this question different to the first question? Do you mean the actual paying part of the exercise? It's value for money? That's what I mean by user testing.

The comparative table is a good idea - it helps decision making. More explanation (live links) for some parts would be good. Form filling parts could do with a look over, for usability and to check it all works (web geek's job) and correct English and grammar and spelling (editor's job). One thing I remember is the final tick box for 'I have read and agree to conditions'. I wanted to pay by direct debit, but our account is a joint account so I couldn't do that - see the wording in the form which prevented me ticking the box. This is what I mean by editing. Somewhere in there is also a 'you' which should be a 'your' - one of the most common language errors in writing. The text needs an edit, web geeks don't tend to write online forms in the best language for users, their job is design not words.

Really good , helpfully service very knowledgeable and very persistent even when I didn't answer my phone! Haha, and I dealt with Mitch who is a really good guy and deserves a pay rise very good at what he does made it very easy to understand the policy's.
Should look at improving the initial online sign up processes.

Initial login process slow and clunky. Had to wait 2 hrs before confirmation/verification email arrived, then the link failed. Security question choices very limited. Recommend that you allow the customer to add a question if the listed choices not adequate. Good initial phone contact by representative once internet quote requested. However, they were unable to see that we had already completed the agreement and had accepted conditions etc.

It had been about 10mins after I had completed a free quote for insurance of my two cats and I received a phone call from the lovely Charlie. She was incredibly helpful and it was so nice to speak to her about the pros and cons of the 3 different insurance packages. I felt I could ask all the appropriate questions needed and never felt like I had to sign up right then and there. Although after speaking with Charlie I did sign up to one of the choices. Knowing I had 10 days to pay for the insurance felt very reasonable. It also gave me the chance to talk it through with my husband before making a final decision. We had the opportunity to cancel the policy before we even started paying. The best part of insuring with the SPCA is that it doesn’t just cover your fur baby, it also helps the amazing work of the SPCA too. We have encountered the SPCA before, for the welfare of some animals we were concerned about that were on our property but we didn’t own. The SPCA were fantastic at communicating and keeping in touch with us and the outcome was well thought out and what we expected of the SPCA. It’s nice knowing we are helping this incredible organisation too. And of the 4 different company quotes I got the SPCA was the most suitable and very competitive prices.
