He was great to chat with, and accommodating to when I could talk (rung back at a time that worked for me) and even when I went to a dead spot for reception in our house, he got back to me straight away. Happy with the type of insurance we have purchased

I find myself recently qualifying for dental service, having taken out current policy only in April. I acquired Chester inly in Feb. 2022. Poorly timed- I also have an annual check to be done this month. All done, far too quickly for my liking,

As above, how is this question different to the first question? Do you mean the actual paying part of the exercise? It's value for money? That's what I mean by user testing.
