I almost chose not to buy pet 8nsurance when I found out how expensive it is for my 7-year-old cat. This insurance costs about the same as my car insurance, which is ridiculous. My car is on the road 3very day, facing all kinds of hazards, and my cat lives 100% indoors with no other animals around. The risks to him of anything are minimal. I would really appreciate it if there was a discounted insurance rate for indoor cats.

The insurance provides the required cover to our pet. The options of cover were well explained by Charlie, from insurance team. With a great patience, she provided all answers to our queries before buying the insurance.

From the moment my call was answered I was 100% confident that I was going to be helped! The call backs came when promised and although it took all day to sort the QS scan for my discount for an older lady who is not computer or phone savvy I was helped all the way. I find myself recently qualifying for dental service, having taken out current policy only in April. I acquired Chester inly in Feb. 2022. Poorly timed- I also have an annual check to be done this month. All done, far too quickly for my liking,
