Not sure we have only just signed up so we have not required to use the insurance. One complaint is, we have signed up but continually receiving promotional email, quite annoying when you already have our business.

Even though the customer service was fantastic, I feel like the cover that my insurance covers is a bit lacking. I have decided to go through with it anyway because of how awesome the lady on the phone was and because of the cooling down period so at least I have confidence that I have those options available to me.

Very very long phone conversation, didn't really appreciate the multiple phone call attempts throughout the day. Do like the no excess and multi dog discount. would like more of a promotional deal from switching insurers as now i have to pay two companies so they are covered for the new wait periods.
