When looking for pet insurance ,it was extremely helpful to have a person explain and talk me through the three different options of insurance cover for my cat's, which then let me choose the correct level of cover required
DO NOT RECOMMEND!

No policy documents arrived, no customer service, no returned phone when asking for said documents. I will be cancelling if I can ever get hold of customer service not the new policy people who can't help with anything else. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Pia was great, but all the paperwork was horrendous for a 3 mth old healthy kitten. How you improve this must be up to you. Maybe you could have the policy validated when the animal has had a veterinary check as you do for cruciate ligament. Thank
