Robyn was absolutely fabulous to deal with and really explained everything to me. Was amazing at calling me back and just an awesome person to deal with and definitely helped lock in my decision to choose SPCA to insure my cat, Kimiko. So far I am happy with the service extremely easy to sign upamd I love the fact that helping my girl helps the others at the SPCA.

Answered all my queries and concerns. I am confident I've chosen the right policy for my new adopted dog. I had an awful experience with my previous adopted dog which set me back $7,000 after having him 8 months. "She'll be alright" doesn't always apply with pets.

The service gent from the contact centre is how I would personify magnificent service. He spoke to me with such sincerety (apologies I lost my paper with his name). Yes his job was to sign up I and our fur ball Ms Skootzy Belles but the man took time to understand our needs without forcing a quick sale. We even chatted about how my family adopted Ms Skootzy Belles from an unideal living situation. And the man even took time to chat to me about my line of work. This man needs to be acknowledged for his kindness, professionlism, a wonderful representative for SPCA pet insurance services. It is customer service that wins me over and because of this wonderful service I was happy to become a new customer. I will also recommend this service to my friends and whanau. 11/10 marks 👏

YES, I would most certainly have them insure with you. I am a member and also adopted Jess from you people. One thing that upsets me is when you send out your letters and there is a terribly badly hurt animal picture on the letter.

The operator was very nice, but: I received several random calls about the insurance during the work day which are very distracting. Insurance is an important arrangement, but taking a client by surprise and providing no materials for review prior to the call are a very bad practice. Reading all the information over the phone with no written information provided is compromising the informed nature of the consent you are forcing to provide over the phone. The t&c of the use of my personal information including my card details are read to me after I provide them - it is tricking a person to an agreement prior discussing any possible implementations. It felt almost like a blackmail: you must provide all the data on the phone, and only then we will tell us why you need that. I felt extremely uncomfortable and put under stress as had no time to prepare my questions before the call (without seeing an offer or having an explanation why all of a sudden a quote changes from day to day - I don’t know what I don’t know!) My callback emails specifying time when I can get a call were completely ignored which is also frustrating. Why io you ask for them if never read? Is it a part if nit considering personal circumstances? The operator was not prepared for my call either as they did not know I had a cat adopted through spca and was at first reluctant to include this information to the insurance plan. I appreciate it is not the operator’s fault. But to me your communication with client protocol needs to be seriously revised. I do hope further it will be better.

Very quick and easy to set up and pay online. Great range of insurance options and payment plans. Donating a portion of my premiums to the SPCA was the main reason for choosing to insure my puppy with SPCA insurance.
