The operator was very nice, but: I received several random calls about the insurance during the work day which are very distracting. Insurance is an important arrangement, but taking a client by surprise and providing no materials for review prior to the call are a very bad practice. Reading all the information over the phone with no written information provided is compromising the informed nature of the consent you are forcing to provide over the phone. The t&c of the use of my personal information including my card details are read to me after I provide them - it is tricking a person to an agreement prior discussing any possible implementations. It felt almost like a blackmail: you must provide all the data on the phone, and only then we will tell us why you need that. I felt extremely uncomfortable and put under stress as had no time to prepare my questions before the call (without seeing an offer or having an explanation why all of a sudden a quote changes from day to day - I don’t know what I don’t know!) My callback emails specifying time when I can get a call were completely ignored which is also frustrating. Why io you ask for them if never read? Is it a part if nit considering personal circumstances? The operator was not prepared for my call either as they did not know I had a cat adopted through spca and was at first reluctant to include this information to the insurance plan. I appreciate it is not the operator’s fault. But to me your communication with client protocol needs to be seriously revised. I do hope further it will be better.

Very quick and easy to set up and pay online. Great range of insurance options and payment plans. Donating a portion of my premiums to the SPCA was the main reason for choosing to insure my puppy with SPCA insurance.

Very good service. Can I suggest that you modify the need to read out swathes of information at the end if the discussion. Imo it was far to long and en email requiring a response is a far more customer friendly way of completing the discussion.

Great service, it was super easy to get information on what type of insurance cover I wanted. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and guided me through whole the process, everything was done within 15mins over the phone.

I did an online inquiry and got a phone call within 2mins which I didn’t request, I was at work and my phone just kept ringing, once i answered it I said I am at work and can’t talk can someone ring me back in my lunch break, they didn’t then for the next 24 hours my phone kept ringing with all different people. I asked for them to call me on my day off which someone did and I finally could talk and yes I signed up (the guy on the phone) was extremely pushing and I’m 99% sure he has given me false information, now that I have read my policy documents. Even after I had already signed up I still got phone calls from people. The communication within your company is shocking and is very annoying to the customer.
