My payment wouldn’t work online so I rang the number and the lady who was dealing with me was super helpful and had everything sorted over the phone in around 10 mins.

Friendly staff, clear and easy to understand terms and conditions, and great follow up to queries. Would be good to have the option of email communication when in poor signal areas verses only doing everything by phone.
