Was amazing at calling me back and just an awesome person to deal with and definitely helped lock in my decision to choose SPCA to insure my cat, Kimiko. So far I am happy with the service extremely easy to sign upamd I love the fact that helping my girl helps the others at the SPCA.

Answered all my queries and concerns. I am confident I've chosen the right policy for my new adopted dog. I had an awful experience with my previous adopted dog which set me back $7,000 after having him 8 months. "She'll be alright" doesn't always apply with pets.

The service gent from the contact centre is how I would personify magnificent service. He spoke to me with such sincerety (apologies I lost my paper with his name). Yes his job was to sign up I and our fur ball Ms Skootzy Belles but the man took time to understand our needs without forcing a quick sale. We even chatted about how my family adopted Ms Skootzy Belles from an unideal living situation. And the man even took time to chat to me about my line of work. This man needs to be acknowledged for his kindness, professionlism, a wonderful representative for SPCA pet insurance services. It is customer service that wins me over and because of this wonderful service I was happy to become a new customer. I will also recommend this service to my friends and whanau. 11/10 marks 👏
